Building your new home couldn’t be easier! Our excellent standard inclusions offer great value for money and cover all the bases.
With items such as air-conditioning throughout (split-systems), security screens, remote double garage, ceiling fans, energy efficient downlights to living areas, quality tiling inside and out (including the porch and patio), we have everything covered for your new home.
But we understand that your new home is as individual as you are, so whilst we do have standard inclusions, you are free to choose other selections to suit your budget and lifestyle. We have secured some amazing deals from our suppliers on a host of the more used upgrades, and our sales team will be happy to discuss these with you.

We understand that people (whether renting or owning) are more and more concerned with running costs and reducing their power bills. Our designs take into account natural shading, cross ventilation and our consultants will discuss aspects such as orientation to maximise energy efficiency benefits. We are happy to discuss insulation upgrades, solar energy packs, tinted win-dows and low VOC paints for example which will improve not only your run-ning costs, but contribute to a more comfortable and healthy home for you and your family.
